The background: The Chicago-born chain has been a house divided in Arizona with several members of the Rosati family suing other members over the years.
Ownership change: Brothers Rick and Mike Rosati closed several locations in late 2019, and other family members have reopened some, including the original location in south Tempe and, soon, the Chandler location.
