Texas-based Z’Tejas Southwestern Grill, which had dwindled to just two locations in the Valley, will open a new location in the Mercado del Lago plaza near the northwest corner of Hayden and Via de Ventura in Scottsdale in February.
The history: Z’Tejas closed three of its five Valley locations in 2017, leaving just Chandler and Paradise Valley still open.
