Lin’s Bakery & Catering in Avondale will hold a pop-up event from 11 a.m.-9 p.m. Friday and Saturday at Max Saigon on the northwest corner of Arizona and Ray in Chandler.
The food: The menu will feature a variety of Filipino, Indonesian, Malaysian, and Korean dishes prepared by Lin’s owner/chef Lindsay Manchua. (See the menu here.)
Note: Capacity will be limited to 25 diners at a time on a first-come, first-served basis, but takeout also will be available.
