STK Steakhouse, a New York-based concept that combines a modern steakhouse with a chic lounge – complete with theatrical lighting and live DJ music – has made its Arizona debut in Old Town Scottsdale.
It takes over the former Southbridge space on Stetson that most recently was home to Casa Blanca Lounge.
Steaks range from $48 for a 6-ounce filet to $152 for a 34-ounce tomahawk.
STK is open 11 a.m.-11 p.m. Monday-Thursday, 11 a.m.-midnight Friday, 3 p.m.-midnight Saturday, and 3-11 p.m. Sunday.
