Phoenix-based Fox Restaurant Concepts opens its second ‘‘virtual restaurant’’ – a to-go-only version of Flower Child – today near downtown Tempe.
The health-focused concept will operate out of the kitchen of Culinary Dropout, another FRC concept, at Farmer and First Avenue.
Diners only will be able to order food online, through an app, or at kiosks for takeout or delivery.
Hours are 11 a.m.-8 p.m. Monday-Saturday. Closed Sunday.
