Barter & Shake, the Valley hospitality group whose concepts include Phoenix cocktail bar UnderTow, have signed a lease to open a second location of the popular ship-themed bar at the upcoming Epicenter development at Agritopia in Gilbert.
The Gilbert UnderTow is expected to open on the northwest corner of Higley and Ray in early 2022.
