36 Below, an underground martini bar, is coming to the basement beneath Sip Coffee & Beer Garage on the northeast corner of 36th Street and Indian School in east Phoenix.
It’s taking over the space formerly home to UnderTow, which is moving to the building next door.
Look for 36 Below to open in early March.
