We finally have an approximate timeline for the much-anticipated openings of Flower Child and North Italia in Gilbert.
The Sam Fox concepts are planning to open late this summer, sharing a new 11,000-square-foot building on the northwest corner of Santan Village Parkway and Williams Field near Santan Village.
(Shake Shack is on the northeast corner of that intersection.)
Flower Child specializes in farm-fresh healthy cuisine, while North serves pasta, pizza, and other Italian dishes.
