Scottsdale chophouse and bar Bourbon & Bones, known for its high-end steaks and huge selection of bourbons and whiskeys, launches a second location at 3 p.m. today at San Tan Village in Gilbert.
It takes over the building that formerly was home to Cantina Laredo, which closed in January 2020 after a 12-year run.
Bourbon & Bones debuted in 2016 as part of Valley restaurant group Square One Concepts, best known for its numerous Cold Beers & Cheeseburgers restaurants.
Steaks range from $42 for a 6-ounce petite filet mignon to $119 for a 34-ounce tomahawk ribeye (pictured topped with two shrimp for an additional $16).
Other entrees include prime rib (Sundays and Mondays), pork chops, lamb shanks, and seafood.
The drink menu features more than 600 bourbons, whiskeys, and scotches, as well as wine and cocktails.
Bourbon & Bones is open 3-10 p.m. daily.
