Craft 64, the award-winning pizzeria and craft beer bar in downtown Chandler and Old Town Scottsdale, has expanded its menu with the introduction of several wood-fired entrees:
- Salsiccia: Two large smoked fennel sausage links covered with red peppers, smoked onions, mozzarella, and tomato sauce ($14);
- Skirt steak: Served with baked brie, mushrooms, smoked onions, and chimichurri ($18);
- Atlantic salmon: A 6-ounce center-cut filet with garlic dill butter, capers, dill ($18).
All three entrees come with house-baked focaccia bread.
Craft 64 currently has 10 of its own beers on tap in Chandler and 11 in Scottsdale.
Its latest release is Tangerine Dream, a fruit-enhanced version of its hazy IPA.
