Spinato’s Pizzeria & Family Kitchen, one of the Valley’s most popular pizzerias for nearly 40 years, is the latest addition to Epicenter, the mixed-use development under construction at Agritopia on the northwest corner of Higley and Ray in Gilbert.
The family-run pizzeria, which started in Tempe and later expanded to Ahwatukee, Scottsdale, and Phoenix, specializes in Chicago-style pizzas and Italian dishes.
Other just-announced Agritopia additions are Belly Kitchen & Bar, a newly opened Vietnamese restaurant in Phoenix, and Raw Organic Juice Bar in Chandler. Agritopia will be home to a second location for both.
They join a list of previously announced tenants-to-be including Matt’s Big Breakfast, Peixoto Coffee, Gadzooks Enchiladas & Soup, Beer Barn, and UnderTow.
Agritopia’s restaurants and retail shops are scheduled to begin opening this fall.
