Eatalio Pasta & Wine, a new fast-casual Italian concept that debuted five months ago in southeast Gilbert, has opened a second location on the southwest corner of Val Vista and Williams Field in Gilbert.
It takes over the strip-mall space that most recently was home to Italian restaurant La Calabria, which closed in September.
Eatalio offers pizzas ($13-$16), pastas ($13-$16), and entrees such as baked ziti ($14), chicken parmesan ($15), and salmon carciofi ($18).
A full bar offers draft and bottled beers, wines by the glass or bottle, and a variety of specialty cocktails.
The original location opened on the northwest corner of Higley and Chandler Heights in October.
Hours are 11 a.m.-9 p.m. daily.
