Tocaya Organica, a California-based chain of fast-casual modern Mexican restaurants, has opened its fourth Arizona location in downtown Tempe.
It’s located in Union Tempe apartments building on the southwest corner of Forest Avenue and Seventh Street.
The concept offers salads, tacos, bowls, and burritos, including numerous vegan, vegetarian, and gluten-free options.
The most popular dishes: the Fajita Del Rey bowl, the Tocaya salad, the Barrio-style tacos, and the fresh aguas frescas.
The restaurant also serves margaritas, wine, and beer.
Hours are 11 a.m.-9 p.m. Sunday-Thursday and 11 a.m.-10 p.m. Friday-Saturday.
