OHSO Brewery in downtown Gilbert will release cans of its award-winning Knights of Windsor ale at 11 a.m. Friday, Feb. 26.
Part of OHSO’s Ales From the Crypt series, Knights of Windsor won a silver medal at the 2019 U.S. Open Beer Championship.
This is the third edition of the French toast-style wee heavy aged in bourbon maple syrup barrels with cinnamon sticks, vanilla beans, and maple syrup. It has an ABV of 15%.
The ale, which also will be on draft, also will be released at OHSO’s locations in Arcadia and Paradise Valley.
