Gilbert-born Salad and Go celebrated its eighth anniversary by announcing six new locations, including two in the East Valley, scheduled to open this summer.
The locations:
- 48th Street and Ray in Ahwatukee
- Crismon and Southern in east Mesa
- Tatum and Bell in north Phoenix
- 83rd Avenue and Deer Valley in Peoria
- Florence and Colorado in Casa Grande
- Speedway and Craycroft in Tucson
The Casa Grande and Tucson locations will be the first two outside the Valley for the concept, which offers chef-created salads, wraps, and soups via drive-throughs and walk-up windows.
Two previously announced locations are scheduled to open this month:
- Val Vista and Pecos in Gilbert
- Signal Butte and Guadalupe in east Mesa
By summer, Salad and Go will have a total of 38 locations.
