Chef Aaron Chamberlin, who closed his Phoenix Public Market Cafe and Tempe Public Market Cafe last year, has a new venture: cannabis edibles.
Chamberlin founded Good Things Coming, a line of edibles using local, gourmet, and chef-driven ingredients.
‘‘If you’re going to eat a brownie or have a piece of candy, that splurge should taste amazing,’’ Chamberlin says. ‘‘It shouldn’t just be a delivery vehicle for cannabis.
“Whether you’re a foodie or not, there’s no reason an edible can’t be an epicurean experience.”
His product line already features:
- Lavender Lemon Drops;
- Fruit Jellies in Mango Chile, Yuzu Citrus, Pomegranate and Very Cherry;
- French Chocolate Brownie Bites made with French Valrhona chocolate.
