Aaron Chamberlin launches line of chef-created cannabis edibles

By Jess Harter Monday, March 15, 2021

Chef Aaron Chamberlin, who closed his Phoenix Public Market Cafe and Tempe Public Market Cafe last year, has a new venture: cannabis edibles.

Chamberlin founded Good Things Coming, a line of edibles using local, gourmet, and chef-driven ingredients.

‘‘If you’re going to eat a brownie or have a piece of candy, that splurge should taste amazing,’’ Chamberlin says. ‘‘It shouldn’t just be a delivery vehicle for cannabis.

“Whether you’re a foodie or not, there’s no reason an edible can’t be an epicurean experience.”

His product line already features:

  • Lavender Lemon Drops;
  • Fruit Jellies in Mango Chile, Yuzu Citrus, Pomegranate and Very Cherry;
  • French Chocolate Brownie Bites made with French Valrhona chocolate.

The edibles can be purchased at shops throughout Arizona. Find your nearest shop here.

Chamberlin also owns Taco Chelo in downtown Phoenix.
