Josh Hebert’s Hot Noodles Cold Sake in Scottsdale to close March 27

By Jess Harter Wednesday, March 17, 2021

Hot Noodles Cold Sake, chef Josh Hebert’s north Scottsdale ramen shop, will close next Saturday, March 27, after nearly five years in business.

The eatery was a spinoff of a popular ramen night Hebert (pictured) held at his former improvisational restaurant Posh in Scottsdale.

‘‘It’s been a pleasure, and going back to Posh ramen night, these ramen bowls have been available for 11 years,’’ Hebert wrote on social media. ‘‘Please swing by and support, grab a great bowl, and let us say our goodbyes (for now).’’

Hot Noodles Cold Sake will be open 11 a.m.-8 p.m. Tuesday through Saturday this week and next week.
