Food Network personality, restaurateur, and self-appointed ‘‘Mayor of Flavortown’’ Guy Fieri will host a Flavortown Feast & Fiesta on Thursday, April 15, at Sanctuary on Camelback Mountain Resort & Spa in Scottsdale.
The evening will begin at 6:30 p.m. with a seated dinner at Elements’ Paradise Views and the Lower Lawn. Executive chef Beau MacMillan and bar chef Christiaan Röllich will work with Fieri on a three-course menu:
- Triple D Wedge: Chilled iceberg lettuce, blue cheese, bacon, cherry tomatoes, pepperoncini, barbecue shrimp, pork belly burnt ends, and fried onion rings;
- Johnny Garlics New York Strip: Blackening spice, black truffle cavatelli, and Cajun lobster butter;
- Colossal Chocolate Peanut Butter Pie: Reddi-Wip, toasted peanuts, and chocolate sauce.
After dinner, guests will move to The Views Ballroom for an after-party from 8:30-10 p.m. with musical guests D. Vincent Williams and The Nashville Allstars.
The evening will include a full bar and paired wines.
