By Jess Harter Monday, March 29, 2021

Four Valley chefs who prevailed on the Food Network competition show “Chopped’’ are teaming up for a May 16 dinner to raise money for local cancer-related charities.

Preparing the five-course Sunday night dinner at The Simple Farm in Scottsdale will be:

  • Adam Allison (pictured) from Handlebar Diner in southeast Mesa;
  • Cory Oppold from Atlas Bistro in Scottsdale;
  • Jennifer Caraway from The Joy Bus Diner in Phoenix;
  • Nick LaRosa from Nook Kitchen in Phoenix.

Cider Corps in Mesa will provide some of its award-winning ciders.

Because the meal will feature local, in-season produce, the menu won’t be released until two days before the event.

Cost is $150 per person. You can buy tickets here.
