Humble Bistro, the new ‘‘neighborhood wine parlor’’ concept from the owners of the Valley’s two Humble Pie restaurants, finally has opened at High Street in northeast Phoenix.
The restaurant originally scheduled a grand opening on March 22, but abruptly canceled it that morning.

Wines range from $25 to $150 per bottle.
“We’re excited to emphasize our made fresh daily pastas, and even feature some humble favorites from our sister concept, Humble Pie,” says Jorge Gomez, chef and partner of Humble Pie.
Humble Bistro is open from 3-9 p.m. daily this week. It will begin lunch and weekend brunch service next week.
