OHSO Brewery in downtown Gilbert releases this year’s version of its award-winning Te Quiero imperial stout at 11 a.m. Friday, April 2.
The third edition of Te Quiero is aged in reposado tequila, reposado mezcal, cinnamon whiskey, and Sagamore rye barrels with Indonesian cinnamon, Ugandan vanilla, and Mexican chiltepin peppers.
The beer, part of OHSO’s Ales From the Crypt series, won the silver medal in the wood- and barrel-aged strong stout category at the 2019 Great American Beer Festival.
It also took the bronze in the barrel-aged strong stout/porter category at the 2019 U.S. Open Beer Championship.
Te Quiero, which has an ABV of 14.8%, will be available on draft and in cans at OHSO’s Gilbert, Arcadia, and Paradise Valley locations.
