Jinya Ramen Bar, a Los Angeles-based chain of contemporary Japanese restaurants, makes its Arizona debut at 11 a.m. Thursday at the New Square development in downtown Chandler.
It joins the new DC Steakhouse and Tennessee import The Stillery in the new development on the west side of Arizona just south of Boston.
Jinya offers 12 signature chicken-, pork-, shrimp-, or vegetable-based ramens customizable with more than two dozen add-ons. Noodles are handmade, and broths are simmered for 20 hours.
The beverage program includes local craft and Japanese beers, wines, and sakes.
