Biscuits, a locally owned breakfast-and-lunch concept not to be confused with Oregon-based Biscuits Cafe, has opened a third restaurant on the northwest corner of Dobson and Riggs in Sun Lakes.
It takes over the building that formerly was home to Bece Kitchen, chef-owner Hanna Nilsson’s short-lived successor to her popular Beaver Choice.
The newest Biscuits offers the same menu of pancakes, eggs, and other comfort foods as the other locations in Tempe and Ahwatukee. (Rival Biscuits Cafe has restaurants in Chandler and San Tan Valley.)
Hours are 7 a.m.-2 p.m. Monday-Thursday, 7 a.m.-8 p.m. Friday, and 6 a.m.-2 p.m. Saturday-Sunday.
