Chicago-based Portillo’s opens its fourth Valley location today in front of Arrowhead Towne Center near the northeast corner of the 101 and Bell in Glendale.
Portillo’s offers Windy City favorites like Chicago-style hot dogs, Polish sausages, and Italian beef sandwiches. One of its signature menu items is chocolate cake rumored to be made with mayonnaise.
It joins other Portillo’s in Scottsdale, Tempe, and Avondale.
Hours are 10:30 a.m.-10 p.m. daily.
