Picazzo’s Healthy Italian Kitchen takes over ex-Blue Adobe space in Gilbert

By Jess Harter Wednesday, June 2, 2021

Picazzo’s Healthy Italian Kitchen opens its sixth restaurant – and second in the East Valley – on the northeast corner of Lindsay and William Field in Gilbert at 11 a.m. Thursday.

It takes over the space that formerly was home to Blue Adobe Santa Fe Grille, which closed in March 2020 at the start of the covid-19 pandemic.

Picazzo’s menu features healthy, natural, and organic pizzas, pasta dishes, and skillets. Pizzas, for example, come with nitrite-free sausage on a choice of organic or gluten-free crust.

The Gilbert location will have a limited menu until it is fully staffed.

A full bar offers beers, wines, and speciality cocktails.

Picazzo’s is open 11 a.m.-8 p.m. Monday-Saturday and noon-8 p.m. Sunday.
