With last weekend’s opening of 99 Ranch Market in Chandler comes Hot Deli, its food-court eatery featuring dim sum to go and Chinese and Korean barbecue.
The Taiwanese-American supermarket anchors a newly renovated shopping center on the northeast corner of Chandler and Dobson.
Hot Deli offers 12 to-go dim sum choices for either $3.99 or $4.99. The former include sesame balls and deep-fried meat dumplings, the latter pork shumai and chicken sweet rice.
Barbecue options range from roast duck ($13.99 half, $25.99 whole) to honey BBQ pork ($12.99/pound) to beef bulgogi BBQ ($16.99).
Hot Deli is open 9 a.m.-9 p.m. daily.
