Illinois-based Cooper’s Hawk Winery & Restaurants, a chain of Napa-inspired ‘‘upscale casual’’ wine bars that made its Arizona debut in north Scottsdale last fall, is preparing to launch another restaurant in front of Chandler Fashion Center.
The 16-year-old concept’s 41 locations feature scratch kitchens, wine tastings, wine clubs, wine shops, and expansive dining areas.
The Chandler location originally was scheduled to open last fall but was delayed by the covid-19 pandemic.
According to the company, it’s now scheduled to open in September or early October.
