After eight years of explosive growth, Salad and Go, the Gilbert-born chain of healthy drive-throughs, is expanding beyond its 31 busy Valley locations.
The first non-Valley location recently opened in the Dallas area, where four others will join it this summer.
Salad and Go launched a Casa Grande location on Monday and will make its Tucson debut this summer.
The next three Valley locations – at Crismon and Southern in east Mesa, Tatum and Bell in Phoenix, and 83rd Avenue and Deer Valley in Peoria – also are scheduled to open this summer.
Salad and Go offers chef-created salads, wraps, breakfast burritos, and soup.
