Spirit House, SanTan Brewing & Distilling’s tasting room and cocktail lounge in downtown Chandler, celebrates its second anniversary with a week of craft cocktails inspired by vintage ice cream trucks:
- Bomb Pop: A Citrus Rose gin base with layers of flavors, tart and sweet;
- Capri Sun: Kashmir spice gin with fruity and tropical flavors, served in a Capri Sun-style pouch;
- Choco Taco: Sacred Stave Single Malt Whiskey with chocolate cream and a waffle cone garnish;
- Strawberry Shortcake: Arizona Bourbon with sweet strawberry cream and crunch topping;
- Snow Cone: Cherry Vodka with sweet and fruity flavors, served in a cone just like you had it as a kid;
- Push Pop: Limeleaf Vodka with spiked gelato served frosty in a push pop holder;
- Dream Bar: Infused Orange Vodka with that magical orange cream you remember and love.
Between sips, you can nosh on house-made popcorns, including classic, bacon, Tajin, and cheddar cheese.
Spirit House opens at 4 p.m. Tuesday-Saturday.
