Hatch Cover, a popular weekly special at Surf City Sandwich in southeast Gilbert, has been added to the restaurant’s permanent menu.
The sandwich features roasted chicken breast, Hatch green chile cream cheese spread, jack and cheddar cheese, and caramelized onions pressed on Capistrano’s sourdough.
Surf City, located near Alamo Drafthouse Cinema on the southwest corner of Power and Ray, offers both hot and cold specialty sandwiches.
