Chicago-based Lou Malnati’s is hiring staff for its fifth Valley location, which will be located at Dana Park on the northwest corner of Val Vista and Baseline in Mesa.
The location, which will be the first in the southeast Valley, will be limited to takeout and delivery.
No opening date has been announced.
