Birdcall, a Denver-based chain specializing in fried chicken sandwiches, will make its Arizona debut this fall in Scottsdale and add a Phoenix location this winter.
The 5-year-old concept is a high-tech pioneer in the restaurant industry – using kiosks instead of people to place orders and take payments.
As for the food, Birdcall boasts it uses 100% natural chicken from Colorado family farms, buns from a Colorado bakery, and spices from a Colorado spice company.
It has not announced who will supply its first twp]o restaurants outside Colorado – its seventh and eighth overall.
The Scottsdale restaurant will be on the northeast corner of Scottsdale and Shea.
The Phoenix restaurant will be on the southeast corner of Seventh Avenue and Thomas.
