The Valley’s latest Chick-fil-A opens at 6 a.m. Wednesday on the northeast corner of 19th Avenue and Bethany Home Road in Phoenix.
The concept, the 19th-largest fast-food chain in the United States, was founded in Atlanta in 1967 and came to the Valley in 2003.
Although the chain is best-known for its signature fried chicken sandwiches, the best-selling menu item, according to the company, is the waffle fries.
