Taking advantage of the slow Arizona summer, Cuisine & Wine Bistro in south Chandler closes today for its annual two-week summer break. It will reopen Tuesday, July 13.
While most of the staff will enjoy a two-week vacation, owners Fabrice and Máiréad Buschtetz will use time to launch their fourth East Valley restaurant, Frenchie Pizza, scheduled to open Thursday, July 8.
