Sushi Rock & Grill, a Japanese restaurant offering sushi and traditional entrees, has opened on the southwest corner of Higley and Pecos in Gilbert.
It takes over the space that formerly housed Poki Point Poke Restaurant, which closed in May.
Sushi Rock & Grill is open 11 a.m.-9 p.m. Monday-Thursday, 11 a.m.-10 p.m. Friday-Saturday, and noon-8 p.m. Sunday.
