A pair of much-anticipated East Valley restaurants – Copper’s Hawk Winery & Restaurant and North Italia – have announced they will open in September.
Cooper’s Hawk update: The Chicago-based chain of Napa-inspired ‘‘upscale casual’’ wine bars (pictured), made its Arizona debut in Scottsdale in December. The exact date of Chandler opening hasn’t been released, but the concept is advertising for staff for a September opening.
The newest location is taking over the former Dolce Salon & Spa store in front of Chandler Fashion Center on Chandler Boulevard.
North Italia update: The Fox concept, an Italian sit-down restaurant, is more specific, saying its newest location on the northwest corner of Santan Village Parkway and Williams Field will open Sept. 22.
No word yet on the opening of fellow Fox concept Flower Child, which will share North’s 11,000-square-foot building.
