Four Peaks Brewing releases Pumpkin Porter, one of the most popular seasonal beers in Arizona, on draft at its Eighth Street brew pub in Tempe at 11 a.m. Friday. Bottles will hit stores next week.
The quote: “We released Pumpkin Porter early last year because summer 2020 sucked; we just wanted to get it over with and skip ahead to fall,” says Four Peaks co-founder and head brewer Andy Ingram. “It was going to be just a one-time thing, but we discovered that people just love drinking Pumpkin Porter, even when it’s 105 outside. Maybe especially when it’s 105 outside.”
Launch party: The first 30 people through the doors will receive free 2021 Pumpkin Porter T-shirt. All-day specials include spooky desserts and cocktails along with draft beers and flights. DJ from 5 p.m. to close.
