The Union Jack, a British pub and restaurant, is replacing the former Skeptical Chymist Irish Pub on the southwest corner of the 101 and Frank Lloyd Wright in north Scottsdale.
The food: The breakfast menu, including a full English breakfast, will be served all day. The lunch and dinner menu will feature traditional favorites like fish and chips, bangers and mash, and steak and kidney pie.

Target opening: A soft opening is planned for Thursday, Aug. 19, with a grand opening on Saturday, Aug. 21.
