Coming soon: Neighborly Public House & St. Urban in uptown Phoenix

By Jess Harter Wednesday, August 18, 2021

Christopher Collins, the chef-owner of Valley-based Common Ground Culinary, is opening two new concepts – Neighborly Public House and St. Urban – at The Colony in uptown Phoenix this fall.

The space: The two-story building in the 1950s-era mixed-use development on Seventh Street, between Camelback and Bethany Home, formerly was home to Stock & Stable on the ground floor and Honor Amongst Thieves upstairs.

The food: Neighborly Public House will offer seafood, meat cuts, and vegetable dishes. St. Urban will be a modern French brasserie with a menu of small bites.

Other CGC concepts: Grassroots Kitchen & Tap, Twisted Grove Parlor & Bar, Wally’s American Gastropub, Sweet Provisions, The Collins Small Batch Kitchen, and The Macintosh.
