Inchin’s Bamboo Garden, an Atlanta-based chain of ‘‘elevated’’ south Asian restaurants, has opened its second Arizona location in the former Brunchies space near the southeast corner of Arizona and Boston in downtown Chandler.
The food: An extensive menu focuses on Chinese cuisine developed in India, but also includes Malaysian, Thai, and Indian dishes.
The chain: Inchin has 26 locations in 11 states, including one that opened in north Scottsdale in 2013.
Open: 11 a.m.-2:30 p.m. and 5:30-10 p.m. Tuesday-Thursday, 11 a.m.-2:30 p.m. and 5:30-11 p.m. Friday, 11:300 a.m.-3 p.m. and 5:30-11 p.m. Saturday, 11:30 a.m.-3 p.m. and 5:30-10 p.m. Sunday. Closed Monday.
