Someburros, the local chain of family-run fast-casual Mexican restaurants, announced its first West Valley location – and 14th overall – will be built on the southwest corner of the Estrella Parkway and Van Buren in Goodyear.
The menu: 15 types of burritos, as well as tacos, tostadas, enchiladas, and tamales. Beverage options include draft beer and frozen margaritas.
The chain: Someburros, which debuted in Tempe in 1986, will open its 12th location this fall on the southwest corner of Signal Butte and Guadalupe in southeast Mesa followed by another this winter on the northeast corner of Gantzel and Combs in San Tan Valley.
Projected Goodyear opening: Spring 2022.
