Bap and Chicken, a popular Korean fried chicken eatery in St. Paul, Minn., has chosen the former Habit Burger Grill on the southwest corner of Ray and 54th Street in west Chandler for its second location.
The menu: Korean fried chicken (twice fried in tempura-style batter), build-your-own bap (rice bowls), sandwiches, and fish-shaped ice cream sandwiches.
Projected opening: Late October.
