Chula Seafood, the family-owned seafood restaurant and market with locations in uptown Phoenix and south Scottsdale, is opening a third location in the former Hi-Health space on the east corner of Hayden and Thompson Peak Parkway in north Scottsdale.
The menu: All things seafood – from poke bowls to clam chowder to sashimi to shucked oysters.
The company: Chula launched in San Diego, where the owners operate a fishing boat. The Scottsdale location opened in 2017, followed by the Phoenix location in 2019.
Projected opening: Spring 2022.
