Valley-based Press Coffee will opens its ninth location in the 200 EVB office building on the northeast corner of Second Street and Van Buren in downtown Phoenix.
The menu: Besides a full range of coffee drinks, there will be breakfast burritos, bagels, and avocado toasts.
The space: The new 1,800-square-foot space, which will have a separate entrance off Van Buren, will have a modern look, a guest bathroom, and bar and table seating.
Grand opening: Oct. 8.
