If you’ve been eagerly anticipating the opening of Cooper’s Hawk Winery & Restaurant in front of Chandler Fashion Center, you’ve got less than two weeks to wait.
The Chicago-based chain of Napa-inspired ‘‘upscale casual’’ wine bars, which made its Arizona debut in Scottsdale in December, announced the Chandler location will open Tuesday, Sept. 28.
