Bourbon & Bones, the high-end Scottsdale steakhouse and bar that just opened a second location at Gilbert’s SanTan Village, announced it will launch a third location next year in Peoria.
The location: 83 Marketplace on the southeast corner of 83rd Avenue and Happy Valley Road.
The menu: Steaks, prime rib, pork chops, lamb shanks, and seafood. More than 600 bourbons, whiskeys, and scotches.
Projected opening: Fall 2022.
