The twice-a-year Arizona Restaurant Week begins its 10-day fall edition today with more than 150 participating restaurants offering special three-course meals for either $33, $44, or – new this year – $55.
The history: The promotion, which started in 2008, offers prix fixe menus, typically a choice of two appetizers, two entrees, and two desserts. Restaurants set their own menus. Sometimes a drink is included or wine pairings are offered for an additional cost.
The restaurants: More than 150 are participating this year, including 35 in the East Valley. (Pictured: B Gastrobar in Gilbert.) See the list of restaurants and their Restaurant Week menus here.
Notes: Participating restaurants also will be offering their regular menus. Reservations are recommended.
End date: Sunday, Sept. 26.
