Mici Handcrafted Italian, a Denver-based fast-casual concept, has signed a deal to open 30 franchise locations in the Valley.
The menu: Pizza, pasta, and gelato.
The chain: Mici, which was founded in 2004 by siblings Jeff, Michael, and Kim Miceli, currently has six locations in Colorado.
Projected openings: No leases have been signed yet, but look for the first Valley locations to open in mid-2022.
