Copper’s Hawk Winery & Restaurant, a Chicago-based chain of Napa-inspired ‘‘upscale casual’’ wine bars, officially opens its second Valley location Monday in front of Chandler Fashion Center.
The menu: Steak, seafood, chicken, pastas, burgers, sandwiches, and more. More than three dozen wines by bottle or glass, signature cocktails, and beer.
The space: The former Dolce Salon & Spa store in front of the mall on Chandler Boulevard.
Amenities: Wine tastings, a wine club, and a wine shop that sells both wines and wine accessories.
Other Valley location: Opened in December 2020 near the southeast corner of Scottsdale and Frank Lloyd Wright in north Scottsdale.
Hours: 11 a.m.-9 p.m. daily.
